  Great hospitality, all the staffs ensured that we got out food on time,and were super helpful with everything. The swimming pool is great,especially at nighttime with all the lights on. Food was delicious. The only improvement needed is for rooms to be a bit more clean. Overall,it's worth going there.

  I visited the hotel with high expectations, but unfortunatly the meal didnot live up to the reputtion. The cockroach was served with the food. The flovors felt mismatched and lack of freshness and the dish didn’t meet the basic standard of test or quality. I truly hope the team takes this feedback seriously.

  Visited Khatmandu Nepal to attend a family function, our stay was at this property, Really enjoyed the hospitality of this place for 7 days. It was a great experience. Staff Mr Tara Ratna sthapit , counter staff Miss Anjali K .C and all other supporting staff was very cooperative and listening and responding with a smile. Stay blessed.

  We went for swimming. Pool was ok to take a dip. 5 ft all the way. Water was not clean. Pool side service was ok type.

  Good location and great view but rooms are small. No one helped in carrying the bags from the car.forget help, no staff or Bell boy even asked if we needed help. No hot water in the bathroom even after calling reception and room service. You can make tea/coffee in the room. They give you tea bags, coffee and sugar but NO milk. Very strange

  Perfect place for group gatherings, office trips, family vacations. Well maintained rooms, ample rooftop space for dancing and group dining, barbecues, swimming pool with pool party facility. Weekend and short vacations will be very enjoyable.

  The worst experience for me and my wife, I call them 1 hrs ago to say reserve a room with a bathtub, they said they have one with the high budget then other room , and it will be an extra 1000 for the swimming pool and I booked it, in the end, the room wasn't as i was expected with no TV problems in AC and bathroom was very dirty and bathtub looks like they haven't used from decades, food was below the average, and service wasn't good, i called them 10 times to maintain the Ac. Very Bad experience for me.

  Officially One of the worst hotels that money can buy. I could rate this zero stars if i could and the amount of complains i have are countless. Don't judge a book by it's cover they said. when you walk into the hotel it looks attracting and the ambience looks pleasing but don't let that fool you. The staff looked like they couldn't care less for the customers, The breakfast was bland and the choices were basic for the price they asked. The rooms were nice but the room had no access to hot water, The water faucet was not clean and the water that followed was a darkish-yellow color. I would never return to this hotel nor suggest anyone to this joke of a place. 6000 for nothing but a bed.

  One of the worst hotel i have experienced ever in my life. No good service, have TV but no cable line, no phone line, no hot water, yellow water, oh my god, will never come here again. Breakfast served with boiled egg, sausage and bread with tea, that’s it! And the payment is 6000 per night, Hell ya!!

  I visited this hotel for an event and was really happy to find this kind of standard hotel in bhaktapur. The location was pretty beautiful with small garden at the back and swimming pool area. However, the catered food made me disappointed as the food items ordered for the events just tasted okay given the fact that its a 3 star hotel. I felt their organization skills very haphazard and unmanaged. I hope that they work on it, otherwise everything was great.

  This place is a misnomer. You cannot get the view of famous Bhaktapur durbar square and city of Bhaktapur. And rooms have moulds and in some room you don't get running hot water. And location is far from the city where it's difficult to get taxi as well.

  Hotel view Bhaktapur is in nice location, from there seems view and scenario very beautiful. Well furnished confrence hall.Testy and hygenic food. Peace and cool room in reasonable price . I mostly recomend you to visit hotel view Bhaktapur.
