  Only the name is Thai , the taste and environment is not Thai at all , management thinks whatever they give and serve the people will accept it , papaya salad was like sweet corn , sticky rice was like pulao, stir fry pork was like a pork choila in soy sauce and Thai taste was completely buried under the tasteless service . Ruined expections

  This place is terrible. Had food poisoning and hospital visit thanks to the “royal thai iced tea”. Beware ! And… this place looks nothing like the pictures. Food was mid, no one else was there . Just don’t go !! Please don’t go!!!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise, a great GI doctor to treat your internal bleeding is at Mediciti , but you gonna regret eating here. Oh, you are Nepali?   Looking for authentic Thai food but always disappointed with royal thai on all location . Today I tried red Thai curry with rice but the rice was disappointing, half cooked or they bring from near by party palace ( they charge 717 excluding VAT). Where as sticky rice should served with Thai cuisine but all the branches they serve regular rice . But red curry is not bad . The cutlery they use is melamine material. ( That’s why owner used to throw cutlery in TikTok😝😝😝😝)Any ways my bad experience on Royal Thai restaurant and will never try in future.

  We visited this restaurant recently. The food was good, but the manager seemed quite inattentive. Also, parking was very difficult as there was no one to guide us during the traffic rush. It would be great if they could improve on these aspects for a better customer experience.

  I’ve been to this place three times over the past year. The food and service are totally fine—no issues there. But the heat inside is something else. It’s seriously unbearable. The AC never works, and every time I ask about it, they just say it’ll be fixed “in a few minutes,” which never actually happens. If you’re thinking about booking an event here, my honest advice is to **check if the AC is working first**. Last time I was there, it felt cooler standing outside in the sun than it did inside the hall.

  Hosted my own wedding here from the bride’s side. One of the worst services we’ve received from a party palace. As seen in the pictures, they were very disorganized. The A/C wouldn’t run. Upon hosting so many people, at least the A/C should be managed. It is seen and observed from the past experiences that they always mention “The A/C just went out yesterday, we are trying to fix it” to book any new event. This is quite unprofessional. The place in itself looks good and can be made so much better. But it is observed that the service is horrible. It doesn’t make sense. For instance, - The staff does not take consideration or request. I have been notified that upon asking a staff to replace a paper towel twice, it was not changed at all. While a good service should’ve been given promptly. - The staff would not smile, “service with a smile” is non existent. - In a particular instance, bride’s family mentioned that they ordered ice cream, and payment was confirmed. It was not served at all, and upon notice after ~4 hours of event being hosted, it was treaded very lightly, and they didn’t seem apologetic. - Rain management was non existent, the place was flooded with light rain. - One of the bride’s relative; when they sat down the chair broke. It was a hassle to keep that in check/order. - For speakers, while the payment was made they promised good set of speakers and on the day of the wedding, they would say that speakers is bride’s family responsibility. However, the biggest problem was A/C, it has been observed that time and again, they fake that A/C just went out, and not do the repairs. “Do not fall victim to their ploy. The only good thing about the place is food was just decent and thats about it. Service and administration is ridiculous. They are conning people.”

  Ordered shrimps got chicken. Was told rice would be side dish for curry and was charged for two portions of rice. No point printing bill in thai notations only.

  I have visited this place several times, and my sisters' wedding and engagement were recently held here. The food is excellent and of high quality. The staff are hospitable and polite. The only issue was that children playing in a nearby area disrupted the event. I would recommend this venue for events, with the suggestion that the children's play center not be open during event times.

  Most disgusting chef Ganesh. First treat your staff humanly and bring positive vibe and insipre to bring more authencity and hygiene. Install proper machines and practise sanitization from organization side first rather than blaming staff. Cheap stunt for name and fame. I have seen lots of good places than yours where your serve more arrogance and ignorant than food. Hospitality business garna paila hospitality siknus. Rich people lae chatera matra hospitality hudaena. Respect all people. Plate safa hunxa vanera present garna plate falera hudaena.

  Worst experience we had in this venue.Manger here is so rude to customers.We booked a venue for our wedding.When we asked to clean the stage which was very filthy manger told us then don’t have vacuum cleaner. Hall inside is full of chef Nepal and politicians pictures doesn’t look like wedding place they won’t take pictures out and had to pay extra money for decoration.Food is not upto mark.Manger is the worst part here while doing payment he was very rude and shouting at us .Wont recommend this place to anyone Don’t waste your money here

  The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. They brought me the appetizer after the main course, so by the time I got to it, my meal was already cold. It’s hard to enjoy a hot dish when it’s been sitting around waiting for its turn!

  This is a spacious party venue and food was delicious too. Very much thankful to Mr Manoj jee who helped us during our event. Had a pleasant time during our event due to their great hospitality.
