      Our event at Lord Palace was perfectly managed and beautifully organized. The food was absolutely delicious, and the snacks were served quickly and were very fresh. The management team was well-organized, making the entire event smooth and satisfying. Parking space was also sufficient and convenient for all guests. The service team was professional, cooperative, and handled everything efficiently. Thank you, Lord Palace, for making our event so special and memorable.

      The decoration, interiors, and ambiance of the banquet were good, but the overall management was disappointing. The snacks service was delayed by around 40–45 minutes, which made guests wait for a long time and created a negative impression. Some of the food items we had selected were also replaced without prior notice. I understand that the number of guests became higher than expected, but in such large events it is not possible to predict the exact number of guests. The management should be well prepared for such situations. However, if the food and snacks were already delayed and not served on time, charging extra for snacks feels unfair. In Nepalese events, snacks are generally considered unlimited for guests. Sometimes business should not only focus on money and profit, but also on customer satisfaction, goodwill, and reputation. Better coordination and service would have made the experience much better.
