Good food but the space is a little cozy for big events...

Absolutely terrible service at Maxmis Banquet & Events. I ordered a milk tea and a lemon tea and waited for over 30 minutes. When I finally followed up, I was shocked to find out my order hadn’t even been prepared. That level of negligence is just unacceptable. Then it got even more ridiculous. I asked them to deliver the drinks to Cuts and Coffees, and instead of fixing their mistake, they started asking whether I would clear the payment beforehand. Why would I do that? I’m obviously going to pay for my own beverages—like any normal customer. Why should I be paying upfront or dealing with unnecessary questions when they haven’t even done their job? The whole experience was frustrating, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. Poor communication, careless staff, and zero accountability. Definitely not a place I’d trust or recommend.
