Food is good but customer service is horrible. I had attended a party today, I had a really bad experience. I took a food on plate and wanted to take extra daal but they didn't allowed take even 1 bowl of daal, they said it's against the rule. I am sure they have taken huge amount per plate and we can't even take 1 bowl of daal. In these years, this is the first time this kind of incident happened with me.

This place has the feel of somewhere still finding its footing. New setup, and one can tell that they are genuinely trying. That counts for something. Food was good and fairly standard for a banquet setting. Nothing unexpected but nothing disappointing either. Service is where things got a little rocky. Asked for hot water twice and got a flat no both times. Eventually managed to get it through someone else stepping in. Small thing, but the kind of small thing that lingers. One observation worth mentioning, the way staff interacted with the cleaning crew, who was sweeping floor felt unnecessarily harsh. You can absolutely maintain standards and still speak to people with basic courtesy. Politeness and productivity are not mutually exclusive. The plating arrangement also left me a little puzzled. Fruits and main course are treated as the same plate category. So if someone is vegan and only wants to pick from the fruit spread, they still get charged at the main course rate. That felt more rigid than fair and could use some rethinking, especially as dietary preferences become more common at events. Overall this banquet has genuine potential. The foundation is there. A little more warmth in service, some flexibility in how they handle dietary needs, and a kinder approach toward their own staff would go a long way. Worth watching as they grow into themselves.
