It is always a hassle to go through Chabhahil but this party palace, which I have visited plenty of times, the service is impeccable. From the entrance to be seated you will he greeted and taken care of. Foods and drinks will he served you without you having to get up. Food is top notch and decor is great.

I had my wedding reception at Smart palace in july 2026. Never had i had such an amazing experience at any other party palace. The best part? the service. The staff were so professional yet friendly and so so attentive. Sandesh was our main coordinator and made sure everything went super smoothly. I highly highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an outstanding event experience.

I recently visited Smart Palace and had a wonderful experience. The first thing that impressed me was the beautiful interior decoration. The ambiance was elegant, modern, and well-designed, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests. The attractive lighting, clean surroundings, and thoughtful decoration made the place feel premium and welcoming. The food variety was another highlight of my visit. There were many items available, with different choices to suit various tastes. Each dish was presented nicely and the overall taste and quality were satisfying. The menu had a good combination of options, making it a suitable place for family gatherings, celebrations, and casual dining. The service provided by the waiters was also excellent. They were polite, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. Their way of serving, communication with guests, and quick response showed good hospitality and customer care. They made sure that guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. Overall, Smart Palace is a great place that combines beautiful interior design, delicious food, and quality service. The pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff make it a memorable dining destination. I would highly recommend Smart Palace to anyone looking for a comfortable place to enjoy good food with excellent hospitality.

We recently celebrated our sister's wedding at Smart Palace, and it was truly a grand and memorable occasion. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all of our guests. The customer service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The venue was well organized, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special celebration. Thank you to everyone at Smart Palace for making my sister's wedding so memorable. We highly recommend Smart Palace to anyone looking for excellent food, exceptional service, and a venue that delivers a truly unforgettable experience.

Our experience at Smart Palace was very disappointing. Every time we visited the venue for a meeting with our event vendor, the staff repeatedly interrupted us to recommend other event planners, florists, and vendors. There was especially one staff member who stayed around us and didn't give us the privacy we needed to discuss our wedding plans comfortably. While we appreciate that they may have been trying to help by suggesting their preferred vendors, it felt more like pressure and manipulation rather than genuine assistance. Instead of respecting our choices, we constantly felt like we were being persuaded to switch to another wedding planner. A venue should allow couples to have private, uninterrupted meetings with their own vendors. Unfortunately, we never had that privacy at Smart Palace, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a welcoming and professional environment, but instead we left feeling pressured and dissatisfied.
